We mean business. Whenever possible, our medium-rise projects feature our patented panel-based construction technology.

PRE-FABRICATED. Prefabricated concrete panels, as they are collectively known, are manufactured under a controlled environment for most applications and are only shipped on-site when needed.

MODULAR. At just under 3-m tall apiece, our panels can be erected much more quickly than concrete hollow blocks (CHBs) in conventional masonry construction.

STRUCTURAL. Our panels are made of structurally reinforced concrete, eliminating the need for time-consuming structural framework in most applications.

PTIMIZED ENGINEERING. Our panels incorporate structural ribs—on which our patent is based—that further reduce the concrete required to maintain the same structural integrity.
