Our construction process employs project-management best practices reserved usually only for high-budget projects. We offer this system to all our clients regardless of project budget:
- Develop work-breakdown structure. Break down project into its detailed tasks.
- Determine sequence relationships. Identify sequence constraints.
- Formulate time and resource estimates. Estimate time and resource requirements for each detailed task.
- Develop schedule hypothesis. Set up initial total project time and costs based on data developed in (2) and (3).
- Revise/balance schedule. Adjust time and resources to create the best balance between project time and cost.
- Execute construction. Execute finalized project schedule.
- Control construction. Monitor construction and keep deviations to a minimum.
