Our construction process employs project-management best practices reserved usually only for high-budget projects. We offer this system to all our clients regardless of project budget:

  1. Develop work-breakdown structure. Break down project into its detailed tasks.
  2. Determine sequence relationships. Identify sequence constraints.
  3. Formulate time and resource estimates. Estimate time and resource requirements for each detailed task.
  4. Develop schedule hypothesis. Set up initial total project time and costs based on data developed in (2) and (3).
  5. Revise/balance schedule. Adjust time and resources to create the best balance between project time and cost.
  6. Execute construction. Execute finalized project schedule.
  7. Control construction. Monitor construction and keep deviations to a minimum.
